I did an8 day stay here on my first trip to Charlotte. Pros: Very clean inside, very convenient location, full kitchen, reasonable price, good general inventory of pots/pans/plates for cooking and other general supplies. Cons: Noise - but only through the ceiling from the room above. The kitchen/living room have vinyl flooring and either there is no noise insulation or it is poor quality. Footsteps, noisy appliances (the dishwasher and AC are very loud in the unit) all seemed to go straight through the floor from the unit above. I did not hear tvs, music, or other guests from the side (or even from above) - however the people who stayed above me seemed to pace a LOT (or perhaps had a dog or child) who would walk around constantly. The unit did have a white noise generator which I set to max volume (and I also set the ac in my unit lower than normal) just to make white noise to drown out the walking/etc from above. It was annoying but not an issue since white noise doesn’t bother me - however if you don’t like white noise/etc you will most likely want earplugs. Another con would be the neighborhood outside the development seems “sketchy” - I personally wouldn’t wander around/outside the property after dark (I’m a slightly older white male). The final con is the door didn’t have any secondary security latches. The door handle is a lever so I simply put a chair under the handle which would prevent someone from opening it (at least without a lot of noise anyway).

I only gave 4 stars because our room had a terrible odor in it. Everything else was wonderful. Easy to check in the directions for the room were simple. The room was really clean and stocked with everything I would need . Just a strange odor.

Our stay exceeded our expectations, even better than most hotel stays. The unit was clean, modern, spacious, and every need was met with their amenities. The pool was a huge bonus! The location was perfect..so close to restaurants and downtown. All communication was via text, with quick responses. I was provided very detailed check-in instructions that included links for helpful information. I will definitely be staying here again when visiting Charlotte.

This is the first time I stayed in a Kasa property. I will definitely look for them on our next trip. This location is not close to the grocery store. Downtown is close but you need to drive. Uber eats delivered the gate with no issues.

We were in town for a concert at Bank of America Stadium. This property was perfect for our weekend stay! The area was quiet, comfortable and conveniently located. We used a ride share for most of our outings but we were able to walk back after the concert (30 minutes) and felt safe. Our unit had a few dings and scratches here and there but was very clean and included lots of nice little touches (soaps, detergents, several coffee choices w/ condiments, iron, hairdryer, etc.). There were some typical apartment/neighbor sounds, but the bedroom had a sound machine which served as a buffer. If I had to give a suggestion I would say more throw pillows/blankets for the living area and maybe some better quality towels, but certainly not a deal breaker. The virtual check-in and check-out process went smoothly but there are multiple steps/codes for entry points, so it would be helpful to write them down for reference during your stay. Overall really pleased and would definitely return!

We appreciated the gates entry. The apt was clean and spacious. The best for the money I’ve seen. We lost power our first night there and the virtual assistant was very responsive and all was restored in a very short time period.
