“No staff on premises totally automated-code to get into hotel and rooms. Same per breakfast facilities help yourself, bottle waters included. Only issue if you have a lot of bags no elevator only stairs and a lot of them…so pack lite. Hotel easy access to subway which I’d recommend Dupoint circle. You can get train from Regan airport for $4 vs Uber $40. Good local restaurants and access to tourist attractions- White House etc. I’ll stay there again.”

“Needs better linens and an extra clean blanket place smelled of heavy cologne and there were men’s underwear left in washer needs better cleaning other than that great place!”

“excellent, beyond expectations.”

“This is a 133-year old house, so yes there are going to be some bumps and dings. The room itself was quite fabulous! We had the two-room suite and it has a very large deck, solely for that room. We had a washer and dryer in our room, which was so helpful. The bathroom is a tad cramped and has a claw-foot tub and small sink - I only had a problem with the sink when washing my face (I’m also very short). The owner was extremely accommodating and put a temporary safety bar in the tub for me, as I……

“If hell was a place this would be it literally if looks were it ….it would be the best place ever is a beautiful looking place, but as far as cleanliness and amenities and ease of getting in Area that we were supposed to go to was awful. The balcony was a selling point, which was not supposed to be used although the actual balcony door was broken so I had to Jimmy a chair under the door to stop it from flapping open during the night, I hated the moment that I got there until the moment that we……

“Overall, this is a great one bedroom affordable option close to convention center. I was by myself for business so wasn’t in the apt much over my 3-night stay. I never received check-in instructions until I called and asked, but someone did pick up and was very responsive. Check-in after that was easy. The apt felt safe and was very clean. This is in the heart of the city and right off a busy street so there was some light pouring into the bedroom and street chatter and noise at night, but……

“Bed advertised as queen but is definitely a full by measurement, pillows were flat, and bedroom curtains blocked no light. This is the prime example of why people stay in their property before renting it out to others. The Wi-Fi also did not work for it entire stay. The property manager replied on day 1 that they were working on it, but we never heard anything further and it never worked. If these points get resolved, I would recommend this property. The location is convenient to the metro and……
