"Check in was fast and easy, but the room was not clean, no tissue paper, dirty towel left from last check in, mirrors smudged with prints , no coffee pods and missing tray for pods. "

"I was impressed!! We stayed 2 nites and they cleaned the room after the first nite!!! That hasn't happened for quite a while!! So it was a pleasant surprise! Upon check in I was offered bottled water!!! At breakfast we were asked if we'd like some chocolate milk as it's not out ! It was all the little things that made it awesome!"
