“Having read the previous reviews for this hotel, I now feel ridiculous for ignoring the warnings about how catastrophically bad this place truly is. To start with the only positive: the staff who welcomed us were friendly and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, that is where the compliments end. The lifts were a near-death experience every single time. You could see into the shaft while listening to unsettling mechanical rumbling before the doors finally jerked open at your floor. It felt less……

“我在這裡住了三個晚上，住宿空間舒適整潔，櫃檯接待人員友善，願意協助解決問題，很棒的工作人員，早餐也好吃。飯店鄰近塔克辛廣場、地鐵、輕軌，要到附近著名景點的很方便，附近還有家樂福可以採購。下次再來伊斯坦堡旅行我還會再考慮這間飯店。”

“There was no heat. They gave us a heater for one room but the room still took many hours before it was comfortable enough to sleep in. If you put in the address in uber, it will drop you off behind the building and it's almost a mile walk to get to the front door. They sent somebody to open door for us and eventually we got in through the back door. ”

“The view was OK. The room was OK but some renovations are needed. I love the location. The owners are nice, but they didn’t refund me the difference in the price room.”

“The staff was very nice and helpful. They suggested a good restaurant, provided water, and helped me preorder a fixed price taxi for the airport for my return trip. My room was upgraded and I am afraid that's what ruined it, because the noise ik the evening was insane. There's a Club nearby apparently facing the room I got. It started at 9 in the evening and and blasted untill morning, even on Thursday night. This made it impossible to relax in the room, no matter if it was upgraded or not. I……

“But there is no table for work. When the time went to evening and night, there was quite noisy for people walking on the streets even midnight.”

“This is a fairly new hotel and it is working out the 'new procedures' and doing quite well. Our room had a glitch in the air-conditioning system that the staff worked diligently to fix. They offered a different room but eventually came up with an acceptable solution. It's location 15 minutes from the airport and the shuttle service availability was a plus. Nearby were several dining options as well as 'quick shops for those just in case needs. I would stay here again!”

“An unexpected upgrade was a delight. The room was amazing. Wall length desk. Couch and chairs. Refrigerator. Large video screen. Jacuzzi!! Walk in shower. Temperature control kept the room at selected ambiance by Bluetooth! Tech was great. Had dinner and was impressed with the kind service. No wine, so we went across the street to a beat western restaurant. They arranged transfer from airport and back again. Nice!”
