“Staff was friendly! Sheets/towels seemed clean. I arrived on a Saturday night, late, and it was very noisy. Had a hard time sleeping because of the noise levels. I kept hearing complaints from several other guests about their cards not working, and all night and into the early morning, people were talking in the halls. I know this isn't entirely the staff's fault, but there was no enforcement of quiet hours to my knowing, and the first night was a pretty difficult stay. The next evening was much……

“The hotel was excellent—honestly, the room felt very cozy. However, for a group of five people, the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. The service was top-notch, and the room cleaning and upkeep were of high quality. That said, the bathroom could use a bit more attention to detail.
