Everything at this hotel was wonderful. Its clean with very friendly staff. If you travel to Alabama you wont be disappointed by staying at the Western hotel. Thank You to all the staff.”

“Just a very basic room with nothing nice to offer a place to lay your head but not be comfortable”

“The floor turned my socks black. We stayed there for nearly three weeks prepaid so if we had left we would have lost our money there was microwave the sink leasked fridge did not work asked several times to be moved nothing the final straw was waiting six hours for a roll of toilet paper and low and behold the next morning we were told we had not paid in three days to get out”

“What spa? This was destroyed from the storm. Room smelled. 25 wat bulb. See thru towels. no plug for the tub. Did not stay, please refund me, office was locked. lobby was a store room.”
