“There were bedbugs on the bed, and I was unable to sleep the entire night. Around 2:00 AM, I called the front desk to report the issue. Instead of listening to my concern, the front desk staff immediately told me that the room had been fully cleaned, that there were no bedbugs, and even accused me of lying. They asked if I had any proof. I then went to the front desk and showed them the pictures I had taken. At that point, the staff member became quiet, but the situation was never properly……
