“Tv room didn’t work, no hair dryer, no body wash soap, has a washer and dryer but no detergent for it. Fan lights kept turning on in the middle of the night. Just poor on taking care of guests ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the penthouse. The views from the 32nd floor are so wonderful, my kids didn't want to leave. I can't rate the amenities offered like shuttle, pool or fitness center because we didn't use them at all, but you will be charged for it. I gave a 4 star for the check in only because our key didn't work to open the door first time and had to go all the way downstairs to get it fixed. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of space for everyone in our group of 7, we were also……

Check in was a breeze once you read all the instructions that are sent beforehand. Kitchen was well equipped and it was important to us as we enjoy cooking and eating in even on vacation.
