“Because the Morgan has a poor interface with Expedia, I never received the texts they promised after I booked the room. Eventually, I was able to gain entry to the hotel with the help of a staff member who gave me a key to my room, which was up two very steep flights of steps. The room itself was superb: modern, clean, a comfortable bed, and a private roof deck. The commercial area outside the hotel is noisy until 9:00 pm or so -- and probably much later in the summer (I came during the off……

“Good location in Vineyard harbor from the ferry. Very walkable. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are not fancy but work. Nice beachfront area looking out at the harbor.”

“Beautiful house! The rooms were very clean and the location was great. There is no staff on site but it was relatively easy to contact people. The walls are very thin and you will hear every single thing happening around you. I love pet friendly places but there was a dog left in the room that cried for hours and when I tried contacting management about it no one ever replied. Parking is easy and overall it was a good experience. ”

“Great location, gorgeous building and rooms were very pretty. Had issues closing the bathroom door because it kept getting stuck in the frame which makes sense in an old house but wish it was something that was taken care of. Service at front desk was lukewarm and not very welcoming. ”

“The hotel is very nice/upscale. However, they lease a downstairs area to a restaurant that they have no control over. Our room was directly on top and music played rather loudly until 10 PM. Nothing to be done! This is a real disadvantage and needs to be considered before considering this hotel.”

“Beautiful boutique hotel near everything, but tucked away enough to be quiet. They upgraded us to a suite, which was one of the loveliest rooms we’ve ever stayed in.”

“整体来说还是很好的。就是在沙滩安全方面，建议在游泳区域设置救生圈和救生员，以及应急用品，以便救援。我的孩子在游泳的时候不慎进入深水区，第一没有救生员，没有救生圈，没有救生用品。幸好得到其他住客的相救。不然本来是件开心的事，差点出现悲剧了。希望引起店方的重视。”

“这家渡假村靠海边，走几步路就是个小沙滩，上面有很多鲎的空壳。可以看日落，但是角度还不是很好。房间很小，床更小只够睡一个人，另外一个睡在沙发上，沙发看起来脏，要自己带个床单铺上才能睡。带个小厨房，烧点开水喝0k，煮东西不行火太慢”

“We were not taken care of vis-a-vis check-in. We had to track down the maid to get some answers. We had to get a key from a neighboring restaurant. We tried to call the front desk, we tried to text and ask for the key code to get into our room and nobody ever responded not even after we checked out. Thank God for the maid Susan. The room was shabby: carpet stained, old sink in bathroom weird old shower head. No office to get ice. Still no contact from office. Very unprofessional.”

“Easy secure parking. Motel room and bathroom very clean and looked like it was recently updated, like new. Walking distance to town. Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious with a small table you could sit at. Only down side was that there was not a microwave in the room but had access to one if needed. ”
