“Pay to park, didn't see that anywhere until I l99k at my bank account. They changed me2 times, called them and then was told they only charged me once. Received credit for one. A week later I've been charged again for the same thing and yet was told very rudely by the person on the phone they only charged me once and was credited. But yet 2 additional charges have been deducted. Now to the room itself. Everything was ok except shower/tub was not up to parquet and hair in that area wasn't……

“We always enjoy staying at Embassy Suites when we travel as a family. The breakfast and roomy suites are well worth it for us. However, I did not enjoy the long wait to check in, nor the difficulty engaging the deadbolt in my room. Our fridge didn’t work however it wasn’t a big deal as we didn’t have anything to put in it. I did find a dead cricket on the side of the fridge which grossed me out and there were black smudge fingerprints on the ceiling of the bathroom which I assume was from……
