“I have stayed at the Brut before and had great experiences. However, during this stay, a male housekeeper entered my room ~20 minutes prior to checkout without knocking, seeing 2 undressed women and responding in the doorway before exiting. The front desk staff confirmed that this has been an ongoing issue and they would remind him again not to do this. I reached out with my concerns about this being a reoccurring issue, but was met with a generic “we’ll talk to the staff and hope to see you……
