“The room was comfortable and they just upgraded their beds to queen and I had the best night sleeps on it. The most comfortable bed ever at a hotel that offers reasonable prices affordable to travelers”

“Hot tub was low on water, so the jets were spraying everywhere. The parking was "free," but stipulations on how you can park, etc., are enforced. Lots of noise from the upstairs overnight. We couldn't sleep due to the noise. Water pressure was meh in the shower. ”

“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. “We have stayed at this property several times over the years and have watched it decline to the point where we chose to stay elsewhere. I grew up in the area and return often. When I saw the property was rebranded under Wyndham/Ramada, I decided to check it out. The recent upgrades have restored the property to it's original calibre as a Holiday Inn and I will go back whenever I need accommodated there. They kept the lively sports bar, provide a light breakfast and was a good value overall. It……
