“My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. The hot water in my room did not work unless I went to the front desk and asked them to address it. There was also no coffee maker in the room, and I had to request one from the front desk, where it was handed to me in a plastic bag. Cleanliness was another major issue. The bathroom……

“The property was fine, but the noise level was horrible. The people in the adjoining room to ours were very loud. Sounded like they were right outside our door. Had to run the AC fan all night just to block out the noise. Then someone’s dog started barking. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Staff was great!”

“I arrived at 5 pm. Two hours after the 3 pm check in time. I had to wait 30 minutes for my room to be cleaned and made available to me. This made me late for my event. The clerk at the desk told me to change clothes in the bathroom in the lobby so I wouldn't be late. They refused to comp or refund the room because I booked through Expedia. I said that was unacceptable so they offered me free snacks and I had to work really hard to talk them into giving me free breakfast. They didn’t apologize.……
