“Hands down one of the best hotel stays we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the staff was genuinely kind, friendly, and welcoming—which feels rare these days. The hotel was spotless, even with renovations happening. The room was perfect and very quiet despite the hotel being fully booked. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options, everything well stocked, and plenty of tables (a huge plus). The only small critique would be the mattresses—they were very comfortable but……

“I really appreciated, the little things the staff left out for patrons. In the mornings, they had a shelf stable breakfast, that you can grab and go with, if you didn't have time for the hot breakfast. Then in the afternoons, about 30% of the time there would be cookies individually packaged available as you walked back in to the place. Overall, made it feel more like a I was a guest, then the typical road warrior.”

There was a problem with our reservation due to a change in dates, the front desk personnel were very helpful and worked with us to get a room at a discounted rate. We were attending a wrestling HS event and did not want to have to change hotels. Also it was in the evening and we were tired and just wanted a room. Would definitely stay there again. The hotel personnel went above and beyond to provide great service.”
