“We had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo in Dawsonville! The location couldn’t have been more convenient — especially being so close to the track, which made our entire trip smooth and stress-free.The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had all the information we needed ahead of time, which made check-in and our stay seamless. The home was comfortable, well kept, and exactly what we needed after long days at the track.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone……

“This is a new property so it's very clean still. However the young lady who checked us in was not helpful at all. She literally watched me carrying stuff in and trying to figure out how to use the key (which in on the wall not on the door) and dropping things and offered no assistance. She then charged us $150 when we asked for towels. That $150 took talking to the manager and 6 days to get back. We were also charged the incidentals fee of $150. So with the two extra charges and the room fee our……

“staff is friendly and hotel is in a good/safe location. the bedding was clean but the bathroom felt a bit gross/outdated compared to the rest of the room. there were little eyelash hairs embedded in the face towels and the bathroom had dust on the popcorn ceilings that just made the bathroom feel even more gross/outdated. internet is awfully slow too. it's a bit meh for the price we paid personally but served its purpose regardless.”

“Room was clean. However, none of the external digital locks on the doors , the swimming pool entrance or the gym entrance were working. The external doors were left wide open probably all night as the locks weren’t working, not safe. The staff said that they’ve been out of order for more than a year. At night, there was only 1 staff/person at the hotel and I had to wait for over 30 mins to get to him to get a bedding set. Clearly under staffed for the rush long weekend. The breakfast was ok.……
