“The community is beautiful and the condo was great. We appreciated having coffee available! I think it would be helpful to have an information sheet in the condo. The keyless entry stopped working and we were locked out. Luckily the sliding door was unlocked. We were told to change the batteries in the keyless door lock. We had to Google how to do that. The TV went out one night and we had to reboot the system. A page with this type of info would have been helpful. Otherwise it was clean and...

Jodi had thought of plenty to make her renters comfortable ( including a TV soundbar) at her well appointed condo. Her timeliness, clarity and organization made for our effortless enjoyment of everything at Babcock Ranch, especially golf. Within 5 minutes walk of the pool, fitness, golf bag drop, and the pickle and tennis courts, the condo's location also offered lakeside...

“Loved the apartment and its location. However, the marina is being rebuilt ( which we did not know when we booked) and there was a lot of banging going on outside from Monday through Friday. That was disappointing as we could not relax on the lanai.”
