“The condo was very nice but there's massive construction going on across the road at the large shopping mall. They were grading the parking lot and caused the whole building to shake and vibrate almost every day so much so it caused a ceilng tile to fall to the floor. From 6am to 5pm constant noise. I was looking forward to renting again next year but we'll see about state of construction.”

“I've had my share of excellent VRBO and other hosts, but if I could rate Jodi as a VRBO super host, hands down, I would! Jodi had thought of plenty to make her renters comfortable ( including a TV soundbar) at her well appointed condo. Her timeliness, clarity and organization made for our effortless enjoyment of everything at Babcock Ranch, especially golf. Within 5 minutes walk of the pool, fitness, golf bag drop, and the pickle and tennis courts, the condo's location also offered lakeside……

“This was not our 2nd stay at Boca Vista Harbor. Great location, beautiful view & great support staff available for any concerns. We arrived & moved in quickly only to realize the refrigerator temperature was mot working at an appropriate temperature. Service was to arrive on our 2nd day which didn’t occur. By mid afternoon we were offered to move to another condo which we did. We were offered a momentary reimbursement that we haven’t received yet. I’m expecting it to be sent within 2 weeks……

"I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, everything is okay for us. I would recommend this resort to my friends, and next time, I would still stay in this hotel."
