“This was not our 2nd stay at Boca Vista Harbor. Great location, beautiful view & great support staff available for any concerns. We arrived & moved in quickly only to realize the refrigerator temperature was mot working at an appropriate temperature. Service was to arrive on our 2nd day which didn’t occur. By mid afternoon we were offered to move to another condo which we did. We were offered a momentary reimbursement that we haven’t received yet. I’m expecting it to be sent within 2 weeks...
