No…they broke up an adjoining room/suite and had the sofa bed (the only bed) made out for us. I book VIPs and they would have made me change hotels immediately so I’m not sure how they can think this was ok to do. "The whole staff is amazing! Tina greets you every morning for breakfast, then Peaches is there to give you a great experience ! The front desk is so helpful and quick, Michelle does an amazing job! I will definitely stay here again! "

"Aspects of the stay were great, where other areas required improvement. Front desk staff and pool bar staff were great, provisions (restaurant?) staff was not good. The room was good, but was loud (heard cars from outside and AC all day/night). Bed was great. Shower took 10min before water got hot. Coffee machine was broken and there was nowhere to get a cup of coffee on site."

"Did not realize that they have to have $100 deposit or even charge for parking. I have stayed a many hotels and they do not charge for these things. Overall the place was nice"
