"The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Had an issue with the disposal and dishwasher not working but when I put in a request for help, the hospitality manager showed up within minutes and it was fixed by the time we returned later that day. Would definitely stay here again."

"First thing we saw was a cockroach crawling up the wall when we got there. Management did offer to move us to different room next day. However other guest told us it was a waste of time. Every time we got out of our car in the evening we were chased to our room because of Racoons who would chase our children and would follow us around. I could not go get ice as racoons would follow me. The staff in the area of breakfast was rude to several of the guests. The dryers here do heat up but will not dry you clothes unless you run dryer three times. Which you will have to pay extra. I asked housekeeping to sweep and change out garbage cans. They just ignored me so I had to go to get towels and take my garbage to dumpster on the property. "

"We loved the house. Clean. Quiet. Furniture is comfortable. Home is well stocked. Nice linens. Good towels. Beautiful pool. Love the neighborhood. We had an opportunity to meet our host. He and his wife care about the guests having a good experience. We were so happy, we reserved another stay for a few months down the road. Can’t wait to return!"
