“My contracting team stayed twice here once in April and another in May, I booked it for them again because they were fond it it with the space and cleanliness. No complaints, and the feedback from my team this time was that the stereo was replaced and new from the last time they were there and the roof to the tiki bar was replaced so they were happy to see some upgrades. The hosts were gracious with what they called a hybrid late checkout because my guys had to do a nightshift for the store……

“My family and I stayed here a couple of days ago. The house was very clean and spacious for us all. The check in was super easy and the price was perfect for our budget! I would just we would’ve visited during better weather so we could use the pool! Lol”

“The place is nice. Easy access. Up two flights of stairs. Good exercise. Everything is in nice decent shape. We were very comfy. I have one small complaint and that is that the carpet entering the bedroom is very frayed and exposed. So much so, that i was walking from Bed to bath and stepped right on the edge where the tack strip is and poked my foot. Yes it hurt. Byt i survived lol. My husband also caught but it didn't hurt because He had socks on and his sock caught on the little nail. Just……

“The place was well described and did not disappoint as the pool, jacuzzi, pool table and ping pong all got a lot of use. The tennis court was great as well. Lots of beds to choose from allowing us all to get good sleeps each night and being in a secluded area it was a very quiet property. About a half hour taxi from downtown SD but it was worth it for the amenities at this property, would recommend to any large group staying in the area and would stay there again!”

“To start, location. My daughter is a student at SDSU, so this was close enough to be a 10 min drive, but removed from the college district. Nice neighborhood. The house itself was incredibly decorated, we all commented on how well it was it was decorated. Jacob was incredibly prepared and I appreciated the intro to property and area. The commutation I needed during my stay was very timely. I would recommend and would stay here myself again.”
