“We love Carter’s Plantation!! It’s a very nice place to stay if you are wanting to stay in Springfield.”

“Extremely clean place, good communication and nice stay. Had a little issue with one of the beds (no fault of owner) and she responded immediately with plan for remedy. We go to Hammond yearly for cheer camp; would stay here again.”

“The bed sheets are covered with pubes.”

“very nice property clean and quaint I would stay here again”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was close to the location where my events took place for the duration of my stay. The host had good communication, quick replies. My only thing was the leak in the fridge and I wish the ottoman was cleaner, otherwise it is a really great stay and I actually would love to stay here for my future Nola Trips, same unit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“My husband and I recently stayed at The California Building for our 24th wedding anniversary, and the entire experience was absolute perfection and unparalleled thanks to the incredible management and staff. Literally, from the very beginning, before we even booked, I called with questions and the team went out of their way to assist me every single time. They even called me back instead of putting me on hold at times. Amazing! Upon our arrival, they gladly held our luggage in the secure……

“The home was very clean and well maintained, and the décor was tasteful and inviting. It was clear that the hosts put effort into making the space look nice. However, the amenities were fairly limited and didn’t fully meet our expectations. The layout of the home also wasn’t very practical, making it less comfortable than we had hoped. In addition, the ventilation could be improved, as some areas felt stuffy and lacked good airflow.Overall, it was a clean and nicely decorated place to stay, but a……

“We did enjoy our stay. The washer and dryer was a plus. Beds were soft. Living area clean. Coffee pot avaiable, so bring your own coffee. We would stay here again. A little pricey in general, but with that being said, I believe we got more for our our money compared to other hotels in the same area that were even more expensive than Ironworks. Public parking was 30 dollars a day, instead of 45 dollars a day at the other hotels. Ironworks coffeehouse coffee was delicious. The location from the……

“This place is like a fancy tree house. We definitely enjoyed our trip! Everything was clean and it was delightful to be able to bring our dog. Access to the river was a cool feature and my husband enjoyed fishing briefly (before temperatures became too sweltering). Of note- there are no windows treatments in the house, which you definitely need to be cognizant of in the master bathroom, as there is a wraparound porch around the house. The lack of window treatments didn't really impact sleep……

“Easy and walkable location. Bathroom could use some maintenance. Comfortable beds and great price.”

“CLEAN AND WELCOMING. GOOD PARKING AT PROPERTY . WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN”

“Very nice apt”

“The suit was perfect for our trip, very clean and equipped with most everything we needed. Great shampoo and conditioner, no body wash but we brought our own anyways. The only issue we had was the front entry door wouldn't let anyone in the building at one point. It was handled quickly by the property manager, they were quick to answer the calls and responded promptly. We had no issues with our suit room entry. Great location near the French Quarter; it smelled like garbage outside the building……

“Grate location, but building and furniture are all aged.”

“Our stay was absolutely magnificent! I consider myself quite particular when it comes to accommodations, and this property exceeded my expectations. It was immaculate from top to bottom, with exceptional cleanliness, security, and privacy; all of which were especially appreciated while traveling for a work conference. The entire experience was outstanding, and I will absolutely be staying here again!”

“Comfortable and convenient- host was extremely responsive and house was perfect. No complaints and no concerns.”

“Excellent location. Spacious apartment. Good secure building.”

“This was the perfect property for me and the host was great. I will definitely try to rebook this one next time I'm in the area.”
