“My husband and I loved our stay here. Upon arrival, we had an issue with the lock pad to our room, they immediately tried fixing the issue and when they couldn’t, they upgraded us to a balcony room. Hotel is extremely clean and well kept. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is walkable to everything in the French quarter but far enough away that it’s quiet and perfect place to get some R&R. My husband and I will definitely be booking again for our next trip. ”

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. “I stayed at the Riverfront Hotel for 2 nights two weeks before Christmas. Staff was courteous and helpful. My room was on the 5th floor that's clean and quiet, probably because there were not many people in the hotel. I could hear someone next door taking shower in the morning though. I requested in advance a microwave in my room, which is very convenient. There's free bottled water everyday, but they are not supplied in the room. You need to request at the front desk. “Room was spacious and pool/gym was a bonus. It was a close walking distance to Bourbon St. There is a nice restaurant on site with friendly staff. There is a Common House area where different events are held. While we were there, they had trivia night and NYE party. The only thing that can be improved is access to hot showers. Within 5min, the shower becomes cold. ”

“Everything was good. Had a few issues but they were fixed right away. Some of the other people were very annoying and were in bed at like 9pm on a weekend.
