“Over priced. The parking charge is high. The shower is weak. ”

“Loved the ambiance, the helpfulness of the staff and the pool area. Only downside was how busy the bar area was.”

“The hotel was in a perfect location and within walking distance of everything in the French Quarter. The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing and friendly. The only complaint is there is absolutely no water pressure in the rooms. I understand wanting to preserve water, but you waste more because it takes 4x as long to take a shower with zero water pressure.”

“Staff was nice. However, the sheets had hair on them which could have been pet hair and so did the floors and shower. Staff had to come change the sheets. Room had a stench and the air couldn't be adjusted. Breakfast was self serve light bites. Great location to the freeway.”

“Front desk staff at check in was awesome. Housekeeping was efficient and unobtrusive. The view from my room facing the riverfront was relaxing.”

“The aesthetics of the hotel were very beautiful, stylish, and hip. The staff was nice, and the downstairs lobby bar had a fun atmosphere. Overall, the hotel itself was nice. My only issue was with the room view. I booked a king room with a city view and was under the impression that I would at least be able to see the street from my room. Instead, the view overlooked the backs of other hotels and buildings, including air conditioning units and service areas. I also didn’t think the minibar……

“we were there at a very busy time our fault not knowing that LSU was graduating. The room was clean. The shower didn’t have very good water pressure had to use a cup to rinse off.. was not told at the front desk that the room was only going to be cleaned every other day found the QR code on the end table in the room that is where we found out the information about the room not being cleaned that was not very helpful”

“From the moment we checked in until we checked out two days later, this was an outstanding experience. The rooms were excellent, clean and well stocked, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the on-site bar and restaurant were quite good, and they made parking a breeze (via valet). Convenient to everything you’d want to do in New Orleans, the Mazarin is a great place to rest and refresh. We will definitely be staying there again; highly recommended!”
