“On arriving at the airport for our free hotel transfer we were advised they had moved us to a completely different hotel with no pool. On complaining, they moved us to another with a pool. We were told by the agent the hotel we booked had smelly rooms. This all created unnecessary stress and a large amount of distrust. Very poor experience for our first hour in Egypt. ”
