“I books 2 rooms and paid up front to express. but Expedia only booked 1 room for me. And I had to book another room at much higher price at my own cost when arrival. Complained case to one of the agent. Only refund the 1 room at lower price. The agent do not even offer or ask what is my cost due to Expedia mistake. This is totally unacceptable. This only happens once. But twice. Last time when I booked resort room at Mexico Cancun moon palace. The similar situation happened . The agent resolved……

“This room was very clean, everything worked. We didn't use the exercise room or the indoor pool, however, the pool looked very clean and well kept. I only had 2 disappointments, first, a $50 deposit is required for each room in addition to the room cost, refunded after the stay, the 2nd was that when you pay for the room on a travel site, like Expedia, instead og the Holiday Inn site, breakfast is not included in the price, you pay separately for each person. Otherwise, perfect stay, front……

“Stay away from this place!!! The reason I booked this place was because it was part of Marriott. I thought it would be luxurious , nice, and clean. The same night I went there, after I put everything away and was about to sleep, the bed looked nasty and had mascara on it. The headboard had handprints, soda spilled on the nightstand, and more . The associate at the front desk was very nice and made me change rooms. For breakfast in the morning, it was fine, but I didn’t like the paper plates and……
