“Unpleasant experience ”

“I love its location.”

“Room is very clean. Comfortable bedding. Stable hot water. Near Grand Central. However the room assigned to me looks completely different than the picture. Small, old, windows towards ugly view. The toilet has some issues and doesn’t flush smoothly.”

“I stayed across the street from the San Carlos for several visits, but decided to try the San Carlos this trip and it was a good choice. Upgraded 2 queen bed room to a suite without asking. Suite was clean and well maintained. Daughter used the gym with no complaints. I love the east midtown location.”

“The hotel's valet parking made me wait for two hours. I reported this to the manager, but the manager handled it very poorly and there was no result.”
