This beautifully decorated five bedroom, 3 bath home with ocean view balcony, private pool, and plenty of parking is perfect for your vacation! So bring your jet skis, boat or even your R.V., there is plenty of parking.

Sweet Dreams has six bedrooms, three baths, HDTVs, terrific furnishings, living room, fully stocked kitchen, family room, fenced-in private pool. A large poolside patio with plenty of seating and outstanding views of the beach and ocean from the second and third floor balcony's and living room. This is an upscale and yet very comfortable place to stay, and we invite you to make it your home during your vacation.

The kids will have room to play by the pool and patio. Our in-ground pool offers a splash of pure refreshment on a balmy Florida day. Add the family into the mix, and you have the time of your life.

You'll want to stay outdoors long into the evening, so pick up some refreshments and snacks or even some take-out and enjoy a dinner on the balcony or poolside, either way you can enjoy the ocean breeze.

When it's time to go indoors, you'll be delighted by the breeziness of silent ceiling fans supplementing the central air-conditioning and the comfortable décor welcoming you to a place of relaxation. The family room, dining room, kitchen which seats eight, two bedrooms (including the master with king size bed), are located on the third floor of the home. The second floor has two bedrooms (one with king size bed), full bath with walk-in shower, bar/kitchen, bonus area with pool table, card table,

In the downstairs bedrooms one has a bunk bed set and day bed set and the other bedroom has a king size bed. A full bathroom with walk-in shower is conveniently located on the downstairs floor is convenient to both bedrooms.

The kitchen is breathtaking, with upgraded appliances, tile floors, the upgraded counter-tops as well as an informal breakfast table for four. The upgraded cabinets are stocked with what is needed to prepare meals and you'll find all the time-savers you rely on: microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser in the refrigerator door, double stainless steel sinks with a Moen faucet, and of course the dishwasher!

Sweet Dreams also features a side patio for the outdoor chef with a table and chairs and plenty of additional seating around the pool area. A full size washer and dryer are located enclosed off the outside patio by the kitchen. There is also an outside shower located by the side patio.

After staying just once, you’ll probably be planning your next vacation to stay with us again at Sweet Dreams.

House needs a lot of attention and maintenance. Yard overgrown with sand spurs in front yard. Tripped breaker cut lights to backyard and jacuzzi and downstairs window unit. Roaches in kitchen. Thread bare linens and very little TP in house.

This house is gross, falling apart, does not Match the pictures. Pool broke and gross. Hot tub had zero water and property manager kept telling us it was being fixed- NO one came. Furniture outside & inside broken and gross. Air conditioner broken on bottom floor- unable to use the entire floor- which has 2 of the bedrooms- we didn’t get to use. Had to cram in the other ones. Faucet did not work in kitchen. Roaches alive and dead scattered and ants everywhere on the middle kitchen level. John, at the property managing company tried to intimidate us. Said he was going to help us fix the problems or issue a refund - DID NOTHING! In fact, I said i would like to come by and show him the photos of the home (Sweet Dreams), he inspected and we spent our hard earned money on… to be given the run around, “ magically out of the office.” He knows very well he is selling a dream vacay home, that does not exist!!!! And his sidekick Karen (in the same office), also apart of the scam… she was telling us people were coming to fix the problems… NOTHING! The fire alarms have no covers and look like they wouldn’t work if there was an Emergency! The pool Furniture was all broken, outside lights didn’t work, and the gate around the pool is a literal joke. It will not prevent kids from accessing.In fact it might have been a safety hazard itself. I’ve used VRBO a lot and this is as bad as it gets. The next door neighbor approached us & said they have been scamming folks for years!

The Denmarks family vacation.
Based on the pictures and description of the house is what attracted me however there has been very limited up keep. The downstairs is very warm and infested with bugs. The pool is inoperable and the 3rd floor kitchen sink runs almost as dribble. Based on the number of guests the house is listed as accommodating there were only towels to satisfy 6 guests.

House was everything the reviews said it was. No power in first floor bedroom. Pool and hot tub were nasty. No attempt to fix the stated problems. Dirty dishes, Broken dining room chair. Overall we had a great time. Not because of the house but because of our family.

Spacious house but needs upgraded.
This is a beautiful spacious home and would of been even better if a couple things could have happened. The electrical outlets in the 1st floor bedroom stopped working. Called manager and said he would send a person to look at it and he never came. We found a extension cord and plugged into the hallway. But than it became a trip hazard but luckily no one tripped and got hurt. I could only imagine what could of happen if that accrued. I sure it could of been an easy fix if we had access to the garage where the electrical box was located. Some lights in the rooms dis not work. TV in bedroom on 2nd floor did not work. The jets in the hot tub did not work. The lights in the pool did not work. The lights on the outside gazebo did not work. So if the house had better maintenance it would of been a better experience.

Disappointed and misleading Vacation rental
We were VRBO beach cottage owners so we know the business. We were dissatisfied with many things.The listing says hot tub and the hot tub is not heated! The home was very dirty with dead bugs in cabinets, dust, grime and hair in kitchen, stairs and bathrooms. The front steps to entrance of house is a safety issue as it’s almost falling off the front of the house, very unstable. The dishwasher did not work when we tried and it flooded the kitchen. The refrigerator also leaked small puddles throughout our stay. Their were NO cleaning supplies in the house to clean up the puddles etc… We tried to get to the beach through the entrance in backyard but gate was locked and path was severely overgrown. So we had to walk around the street, quadrupling our “short walk” to the beach. We appreciated the new couches and new stove. Very disappointed and we will not rent here again til these things are fixed.

Very big. 14 adults fit perfect. Great location close to beach and other things to do. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of parking. Now the cons. If they would put a few dollars into fixing hot tub clean the pool. And get some outside furniture for the decks. This would benefit this property. But overall had a great trip and would go there again

Cleaning had not been done prior to us arriving and we checked in an hour later than we could have. I had to call and wait for someone to come. We had traveled 15 hrs. and only wanted to relax or nap before dinner.. There were 11 of us. Dishwasher didn't work. I called , they sent someone but it still didn't work, would nit wash. Pool had Tadpoles (from the rainy weather) I called to see if it could be cleaned Tuesday and was told Thursday was the day. It was cleaned Thursday after noon and rained all day Friday so we didn't use the pool which was a draw to rent. The home itself is very nice, elevator is great for bringing groceries up. Kitchen on top floor. Pool table was popular. Close to St. Augustine and Daytona

House is nice thank goodness for the elevator lots of stairs. Beds were excellent. Always had hot water even with 12 people. Kitchen needs a new stove door. Pool was not clean and light didn't work in the pool.

We want to share with you what we found during our stay at Sweet Dreams. Pros: The main living areas were pretty and well furnished. It was spacious and inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. The big TV in the main living area worked The elevator worked and was a very helpful amenity. Cons: When we arrived we walked into the backyard from the driveway before going into the house. This is what we saw: - Two pairs of dirty socks laying on the patio by the pool - Two empty pop cans in the bushes and yard - 3 dirty Covid face masks laying in the grass - Plastic shot glasses in the grass - Paper trash blown against the fence - A roll of toilet paper laying under the bushes by the pool - A cooler by the pool that is rusted, moldy and disgusting, but chained to the ground so you cannot even move it out of sight - A BBQ grill that was filthy – and had a RAT living in it! Hot Tub – Not in working order. We had specifically called prior to renting this house to ask about this. Some previous reviews had complained about the hot tub not working. We wanted verification this had been fixed. We were promised it had been repaired and everything was in good working order. I believe we were blatantly lied to about the status of the hot tub. Pool: Dirty toys floating in the pool. Items like plastic buckets with cigarette butts in them. Water was cloudy. Refrigerator (upstairs): - Missing 2 shelves out of the 5. - The drawer was cracked and did not fit the glides so it had to sit on one of the few shelves available. - The freezer is missing 3 out of 5 shelves - The ice maker works but is missing a part so the ice gets tossed into the freezer instead of dropping into the ice bucket for the dispenser. Coffee maker – The carafe (Black & Decker) does not match the coffee maker (Mister Coffee). It fits just well enough that the coffee will brew, but the carafe does not fit into the hot plate so the coffee gets cold. Oven – It worked but the door does not close all the way so heat escapes and you have to either turn up the heat or leave things in longer to compensate. Refrigerator (downstairs) – freezer is 50% frosted over making it unusable. So much frost the door would not close completely. Bedroom TVs – Some did not seem to work at all. Some worked but had to be turned off/on from the buttons on the TV. You could not turn off the TV using the remote.

Great location and good layout. House lacked cleanliness ( dead bugs on floor and mold in the shower). House needs refurbishment ( paint inside and out, updated furniture, pool furniture and charcoal grill rusted out). Rent is high for condition of the house.

Spring Break 2020
The renting process was easy and the people we worked with were great with communication. The house had a great view from the 3rd floor and plenty of space for everybody. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was that the hot tub was not working. Maintenance came to fix it but it was still broken after they worked on it. Overall we had a lot of fun and enjoyed this house and the beach so much, we would love to rent this beach house again!

The place was great. Very clean and lots of room. Great view from 3rd level. Only issue was a/c in basement bedroom stopped working.( power issue). Maintenance came to reset breaker but didn’t get it fixed. Also hot tub was not hot at all.

Spacious, well equipped & clean: needs a little repair.
Sweet Dreams is great for a large family. It is very spacious and has good distant views of the ocean & Intracoastal. Pool is a big plus. Elevator is great & a necessity for checking in & out. Other than needing some painting, refreshing & outdoor furniture replacement, it was in good shape. We enjoyed our stay very much & were very comfortable (great bedding!)

Location is excellent, property needs cleaning!
Walls are dirty. Ceiling fans and vents need cleaning. Some stairs leading to front door are questionable. Bathrooms are clean. Plenty of linens. Got bitten up in master bedroom. Not sure what kind of pest did that. Needs pest control, saw a few bugs. No bugs in Kitchen though, so that’s a plus. Plenty of room! We did not use the ground level at all. Excellent location! I also suggest lockboxes be used at the actual property for key drop. Timing flights in Orlando with check in/check out times was challenging for us. Having a lock box at the property solves that.

Large accommodations, great location, inattention to detail
Our group has stayed at this property for the last three years, initially attracted by the location as well as the size and layout of the home. In years past, we noted relatively minor annoyances such as poor quality cookware (teflon coating sloughing off into your food), inadequately functioning grill, causing us this year to bring our own all the way from Michigan, and a broken ice maker. This year however we noticed the not only the lack of attention to these issues despite our reviews, but a noticeable inattention to general maintenance of the home as evidenced by the cracks in the floor of the Jack and Jill tub, uneven decking, rust and corrosion on exterior surfaces making opening balcony doors a difficult task. A member of our party sustained a cut to her leg from an upholstery tack on one of the kitchen chairs. We were disappointed to discover upon our arrival that we no longer had access to the beach equipment in the garage. While we still enjoyed our stay and love the small-town feel of Flagler, we may look for alternate accommodations.
