"The common facilities (pools, play areas, bath house, etc) were all very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is still a relatively new resort, so there are a couple of minor kinks to work out (like numbering the lots), but it is a nice place to stay that is close to dining and shopping, and it is not too far from the beach if you wanted to spend the day there."

"This is the nicest RV resort we've ever stayed at. The outdoor kitchen and living area was fabulous. The pool is excellent, and the small environment was so relaxing. We loved the location being so central to the Foley area, but far enough removed from the traffic."

"We had a weekend stay to do some mardi gras time with family. The house was perfect for us and our pooch. PLENTY of room. Comfortable bed. HOT water for the tub- no shower but but that does not affectour stay"

"This place was perfect for what we needed. Everything was very clean. The view from the dock is amazing, I enjoyed my coffee out there every morning We brought our kayaks an put them in off the dock, however, it was a little tricky getting in and out at low tide. We were able to use the boat lift to get them back out of the water. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. "
