"This is my second time at Costa and we’ll continue to stay there. It is conveniently located very close to the boardwalk and the beach. It’s always clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and the beds super comfy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is fantastic. I definitely recommend it as it is my favorite spot in Hollywood, Florida."

"The room was clean but the toilet was not working when we checked in. We contacted the front desk and maintenance came right away. It took two visits for maintenance to fix what turned out to be a leaking water valve but the water pressure in the bowl remained low. The room was very cold and the thermostat was difficult to program. The room had a balcony but we were unable to use it due to standing water from daily heavy rains. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of options and was very good. The staff were pleasant and very accommodating with requests."
