“I have no complaints! It was better than I expected. Small room but perfect for a solo traveler. It was clean and quiet which was surprising given location. Excellent location and staff was always super helpful and friendly. I arrived super early to the city so had about 7-8 hrs before check in but they graciously held my luggage while I explored. They also provided drink vouchers for the pub located by the lobby which was awesome !! Good experience and would book again.”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
