“The bed had a dirty top sheet. There was a dirty comforter. The room was the size of a walk in closet. The fridge was gross & disgusting, and the shelves in the fridge were dirty & black. I didn't use the fridge because it looked unsanitary. There was no room to walk on one side of the bed. The place was run down. The rug was worn out in places. Whoever cleaned the room after the last guest left clearly didn't change the sheets, because there is no way they could have missed the stains on the……

“Very clean,despite the size and the location”

“The elevator service was simply inadequate. During our stay, we frequently had to wait several minutes to catch an elevator down to the lobby. There weren't enough elevators, sometimes one or more were out of service, and they were too small to accommodate all the hotel guests and their luggage. At least once, some of us, frustrated that we couldn't get an elevator to take us down to the elevator, pressed the "up" button, went up to the top floor, and then stayed on the elevator to get down……

“The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. “Convenien”

“Very disappointed with our stay. The toilet in our room was broken for two days, making it extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, no one came to fix it during that time. Because the toilet was unusable, we had to go all the way to the public restroom in the basement whenever we needed to use the bathroom. What was even more frustrating was that we were never offered a different room or any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Basic……
