"Not impressed. Immediately upon arrival there was a persistent smell in the halls kind of musty. Rooms were not the cleanest dead flies on the floor and muck in the corners. HVAC system sounded like jet taking off. TV didn’t work it took maintenance & IT to replace the remote batteries & push the right buttons. Snow storm kept us here an extra day. Housekeeping never came to our room even when requested. On Monday at 3am the city of Deadwood began digging out with Caterpillar front end loader right outside the hotel. Steel bucket dragging on the pavement, warning lights and buzzers sounded like it was in the room with us last for over 2 hours, made for a very long night. Not the hotels fault but certainly didn’t add to the ambiance. Good location for StPatricks day events.But that was about it."
