"The hotel maids where very loud starting making noise and knocking on the doors about 845 or so makes it hard after a long night on the casino floor "

"The hotel is very spacious and clean. It has a gym attached to it which is very nice. The rooms are spacious and the views from the room and nice. They have nice open spaces on specific floors to watch sports games with pool tables, foosball tables, huge scrabble games on the wall. It’s huge lounge with tables and comfy couches. The staff is friendly and explain everything to you. Restaurants are walking distance. "

"When arriving at room bathroom was not clean. Pubic hairs in and stuck to walls of shower. Floor did not appear to have been swept or mopped. Makes you wonder if the bed sheets were fresh."

"The staff was mostly friendly and the overall hotel had a modern feel. The room appeared clean at first but the longer we were there, it’s clear they don’t pay attention to details. The sheets had stains and holes. "

"Very clean, nice hotel with friendly staff! This is our third time staying here before a flight. Highly recommend. The hotel restaurant and bar is great too! Unfortunately, the hotel does not connect directly into the airport anymore but Hyatt made sure to have 3 shuttles available starting at 4am in the lobby. They really make sure you do not have to wait long at all. Everyone was great!"

"Parking was easy, breakfast was good but the coffee maker wasn’t working properly. Room was nice and big. Check in was easy"
