“I made an online reservation and their computer could see the reservation, but it was not in their system. We had to pay again for a room and i have not gotten a refund. The desk person reported it to you. Expedia I would like my money refunded please”

“Very spacious, clean, comfortable budget hotel. I just stayed overnight and did not use the full kitchen or full-sized refrigerator. Easy parking. Check-in hours are limited (just 3:00pm to 6:00pm) but there are lock boxes for late check-in. ”

“Lovely staff, everyone working hard to update the hotel, do wish the laundry room thats on the third floor had more than one washer n dryer. We went to a local laundryman to get it all done at once. Wish the hotel had a consistent welcoming smell though out. Like when you go home you wanna take it with you. Smells clean, just not like somethin wonderful. ”

“On site parking, staff was very nice and accommodating, and the room and common areas were spotless. Only complaint is the pillows were very soft and flat. Other than that we would stay at the Cypress Inn again when we visit Conway, SC. The location was walking distance to many sites and restaurants and the town center. We loved being on the river and enjoyed the Riverwalk. Scenery was beautiful. ”

“In Pictures this hotel looks great. In reality it’s all surface level. They simply painted the walls and replaced the floors (poorly). The room bathroom did not have a door. This made it weird for my family of 4. Moms dropping a duce ans everyone hears it. Or sister is in the shower and anyone walking in or out of the room can see it. Also in the bathroom where no hooks. No where to hang a towel or a wet bathing suit. The “closet” had no bar. No where to hang a dress or your suit. Beds were……
