The listing for this includes a Continental breakfast along with 24 hour pool access however, when we arrived, we found both of those things to be untrue. When we brought up the issue with the staff member, she advised us “never to believe, third-party booking agencies“. The room was extremely dusty, along with footprints and a dark splatter on the bathroom wall, which we took pictures of and showed to the hotel staff who said there was nothing that they could do and that we could check out at any moment the next day, we asked the housekeeper to come in and clean. She just replaced the towels and made the bed did not address the bathroom at all. When asked if we could switch rooms or receive a partial refund so that we could go to a different hotel they informed us the hotel manager was out of town until Monday and again that we could check out at any moment.

The property was nice, clean and hidden (I lile that). I had a hard time getting into the property because my code was changed (or maybe I misread it). All in all, this stay was great, one block from Bourbon, but not in the middle of all the noise. Only thing I would suggest is complimentary water for when the guest 1st arrive. I would definitely book here again in the future.
