We had to walk up all those stairs which we were not expecting but once we got to the room it looked good. No complaints…..until Tuesday night. We had just gotten In after midnight. Went to take a shower and heard someone pounding on the door. We got scared and contacted management. Apparently our shower was……

“It was my first time travel to Italy and I was pleased to stay there to start my trip. The location is great, very easily accessible, chilled neighborhood around, they have a gorgeous rooftop as well, but it seems it has not been fully utilized. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I had encountered the terrible rainstorm in Rome, thanks to it's powerful hair dryer and the 24 hr ironing room, I could wear my only coat again that evening :-) I didn't go to their spa and breakfast so cannot comment on……

“Employees went out of their way to make us feel welcome, everything was clean and organised with care Not really an issue but something to keep in mind: if you need your room cleaned you have to explicitly ask for it. A lovely place with lovely people in general!”
