Search and Rent Gilman Condos

Simba Run was great property to stay at during our time in Vail. Could use a little more safety by keeping the entry doors from the garage into the property locked especially at night. Though there was a double lock, staying right off the elevator and by an exit door felt like we needed a little extra security like a cross bar on our unit door. The entire unit was clean and very spacious for us. Very affordable for an offseason stay.

Excellent hotel/resort and very friendly/professional staff. We stayed at the Mountain Thunder lodge off-peak season at Breckenridge (Nov 30 - Dec2), so admittedly the resort was quieter than usual, but we were automatically upgraded to a larger (2-bed) room upon check-in and felt extremely welcome. Perfect location! River Walk is right behind you! Main Street is only a block away so you can literally walk everywhere. Our unit was right above the restaurant so was a little noisy but only until 9:00 pm…..so not bad

Really great people in every aspect of the place. From front desk to concierge (Carol) to ski (Nathan) and parking valet, all great! Some aspects of the rooms are just beginning to get a little worn and dated - to be expected in a ski resort. Absolutely great location!

Charming although tiny. Well appointed. The location is great. The bed is comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay! Convenient to Main Street and walking distance to everything! Overall great place to stay only negative thing is the walls were thin, and we could hear the people next to us and above us. Other than that highly would recommend.

Perfect location for enjoying all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Room overlooked the Blue River facing East toward Main Street. Relaxing sounds of the water combined with beautiful scenery, wonderful weather, and location made this a great getaway from the heat and humidity back home.

The hotel is centrally located. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place.. easy walking distance to everything downtown. The river walk was beautiful as were all the flowers and sculptures/art. We were here overnight to attend a concert at the Riverwalk center and it was a quick 4 min walk!

Very nice modern condo! The beds were comfortable and furniture was comfortable after a long ski day. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking meals. (Coffee pot, toaster, blender, several pots etc.) Bathrooms were very nice heated floors and blow dryers in both bathrooms. The walk to town was across the street. The pool and bottoms were nice. The walk to the ski lift was close about 1 block. The bus stop was maybe 50 steps from the condo.
