“Our check-in time is at 10 pm. As soon as we enter, we will give our two children a bath for early rest. When you need to blow dry your hair after washing it, you can't find it in any room. “The absolute friendliest staff. They loved on our golden retriever and were so accommodating. I accidentally (and not to my knowledge) left an air pod in my room and they called to get it back to me and shipped it right away. Rooms are dated but clean. “The staff were friendly and accommodating! We always enjoy staying here, the water slide is a perk!
We had the pullout sleeper sofa in our room, and the only thing I would say is that I wish it had a cover. We did utilize sheets and put bedding on it but a cover that stays on it all the time seems like it would be more sanitary.
This is our go to stay when visiting the Medford area! ”
