“I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms……

“We had a lovely stay. Our room was on the second floor, overlooking the river. The room was fairly small, but we were able to bring in one of the deck chairs and move the desk so we could play Scrabble. Breakfast was good enough. "I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms available. Why couldn't I book another room? If there were no rooms available, please don't post them online. Later, they arranged a different room for me, but the price was different. The difference was more than 30 yuan. I asked him to make up for the difference, but he said no. Sure, I'm very disappointed with this hotel ，I hope to receive fair treatment. Thank you"
