“Fui a confirmar mi reservación y no me atendio nadie, es decir que tube q buscar otra opcion, no habia nadie en recepcion pesimo perdi mi reservacion y mi dinero”

“Todo estubo perfecto, orden, limpieza, el trato del personal. El único detalle que tuve es no poder usar el transporte del hotel ya que no cuentan con sillas de niños para el auto ”

“ The room was spotless. Also, having a kitchen is great, and the staff is extremely friendly. I recommend it 100%. I truly want to congratulate the three people who assisted me—they are genuinely very pleasant, very kind, and also bilingual.”

“Lots of amenities are out of order such as ice machine on the 3rd floor and the hot tub was out of order for months, and the AC was very noisy and wonky. Location is very close to the highway so it's pretty noisy. I'm not sure why some reviews commented the breakfast is good. Basically all food are served at room temperature and always ran out of milk in the dispenser. I do not recommend this place for travelers.”

“me gusta HOLIDAY Inn ya escogí en otras ocasiones, pero en esta ocasión tuvieron que tener que cuidar el silencio o tranquilidad muchas familias con niños, que corrían gritaban y en el cuarto que estaba arriba mucho ruido al caminar ya me dolía la cabeza, no sé qué pasó en esta ocasion”
