“Everything about this stay was excellent. The breakfast was surprisingly upscale, so much better than what I have been used to. The room was great. The pillows were numerous. Location was perfect and parking easy. But my check in was a problem. There was one woman covering the front desk. And she was gone for 30 minutes so I could not check in. There was another staff member, a man who was a bar tender just ten feet away from me who just sat and ignored me. When I asked where she was, he said……
