“Gina and her listing was a terrific find! We visit Winter Garden twice a year to visit family and since the Edgewater Hotel closed, we weren't sure what we were going to do. Gina's unit is only 1.5 miles from the downtown area (Plant Street). It was easy to find, the apartment is brand new and sparkling clean. The bed was even comfortable and the thermostat easy to maneuver! Totally recommend.”

“Large 2br apartment with access to a very nice pool and other amenities! Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms, 3 good tvs, screened in balcony. Keep in mind that it is a third floor walk up and be sure to read the guides on check in, especially parking and trash.”

“The house is absolutely beautiful! We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this place!”

“Absolutely Disgusting — Do Not Stay Here! The hallways smelled like wet mildew, and my room reeked of cigarettes. There were roaches in the room and bathtub, and the towels were dirty with hair in them. After a long day, all I wanted was to relax, but this place made that impossible. I don’t know how a hotel like this is allowed to stay open. Save your money and stay somewhere else!”

“Clean apartment. WiFi did not work well- had to hot spot. The building is a bit run down but the inside of the apartment is renovated. Close to shuttles and walk to icon park, but also close to some abandoned restaurants.”

“Arriving late went smoothly, room welcomed us quietly with comfortable bedding we enjoyed compared to other places we've tried nearby.”

“OYO tricked me. It is an Econolodge. They charge cash deposit which they refund at checkout. Renovation is not complete. Outdated and extremely old property condition.”

“This place is NOT as advertised and is absolutely HORRIBLE! Sketchy old hotel that has no signage. Not an apartment! Smelled TERRIBLE and pungent in the hallway and like smoke in the room. Not renovated. Fridge not clean. CASH DEPOSIT only! NO WIFI. Nobody there between 11-7 and absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone during those times! Not even in case of emergency I was told!! And the Fire alarm went off for well over an hour in the middle of the night and nobody came! Woke up my 4yo...

“Spacious quiet apartment in the heart of downtown Orlando. Was a large apartment, nice washer and dryer, comfy bed, large bathroom. Really great for an extended stay. We loved that we could walk everywhere; restaurants, countless coffee shops, kava bar, bars, grocery store. Everything. There is a convenience store downstairs, which also came in handy. Also used the gym, which was nice and newer equipment.”

“Todo me gusto”

“This rental was perfect for a week’s stay in Orlando. The host checked to see if we settled in nicely and was available throughout the week to answer questions. The rental was clean and exactly what was pictured and described.”

“Hit all my marks, decent space at an affordable rate plus free parking lets me enjoy visits nearby without worries over costs piling up later on when needing accommodations after returning home each night.”

“Great place to rest up before my flight.”
