Was nervous about only having the top floor, but never heard the family staying in the lower level. Felt like we were on our own. Will definitely be back! “The actual condo was very nice, and the pool was lovely but needs to be cleaned more frequently, because there were lots of bugs in it. The condo development is between a quiet trailer park neighborhood and a very busy road, and the narrow beach across the street isn’t safely accessible. It’s a large new condo building, but only four units appeared to be occupied when we were there. There is no onsite management presence. The long access code for the door took several tries to eventually work.……

“The place was clean , nice and had plenty of room. The only issue I had with it is while turning my boat around I found a big bolt in the parking lot and ruined a new pirelli tire on my truck. ”

“We love the Cape and we used to love staying at this condo. Unfortunately over the years it seems things just are not being taken care of. Just like last year it was very dirty. Our feet were black from walking on the floor. Sand everywhere, which is expected at the beach but not upon arrival when it is supposed to have been cleaned, the master shower looks like it hasn’t been scrubbed in who knows how long, we found half eaten Oreos in the couch. We will now be on the hunt for a new property to……

“noise level above us challenging at times at nite people up and about 3ish n morning to 6 ish n morning lots of loud foot steps at times during evening sounded like wrestling above us bang bang bang on floors blender broken trashcan n bathroom lid not connected outside concrete area very sandy like hadn’t been washed off n while people leaving fishing poles coolers other items had to walk around to get to the stairs i thought this was lack of respect fr other guests staying there townhouse was……
