“They stole 50 bucks. They charged the $20 non-refundable pet fee and a $50 refundable pet fee which they did not refund. The room was left in perfect condition dog had its own bed didn't touch any of the furniture no reason why they didn't refund the $50. The toilet seat looked like it was made in the '60s. When I booked the hotel there was none of these rules but apparently they sold the hotel to new owners and those owners didn't want to honor what I booked just their new rules that they set……
