"Anyone booking this unit needs to know a few things: Although it was modernized, it is not a great long term stay option. (12 nights)We had to ask for the check in info 3 times before we got a canned response with the codes. It also had a few requirements (where trash goes).We arrived and used the toilet once and found it backed up, there was no plunger available. "This is a hidden gem in downtown detroit. It's across the street from the Indigo and Westin, but costs a fraction of the price. Parking is down the street, but safe and cheap. Room is modern, clean, quiet and big. Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, washer and dryer, and a nice view. Highly recommended. "
