“This was a great place to stay while attending a volleyball national championship at the ICC. Just a one block walk to the south entrance. Room was clean and the breakfast was very nice.”

“Super convenient location for our downtown activites. Underground parking was great, but a little pricey ($40/day). It did have in and out privileges. The room was super clean and spacious. The breakfast was great. The front desk staff were very helpful when we came into the lobby soaking wet after getting caught in a downpour at the Indians baseball game. She saw how dripping wet we were, got towels and a plastic bag to take home our wet clothes. Thanks so much”

“I like the fact that they gave us some snacks when we showed up. I wished that would’ve been a little bit more in the online booking. Maybe I didn’t read it clearly I would’ve taken advantage of it, but we had to get to our venue that we were going to I wish it was a little bit less expensive but other than that, everything was good.”
