“Yes it was good”

“The staff were so nice. We came to run Grandma's Marathon and they had the place decorated, welcome bags in our room and an extra early breakfast for the runners! It made the stay even better!”

“First of all I must compliment housekeeping. The room was fresh and clean, the the hall ways vacuumed. The room was quiet and we did not hear our neighbors even though the property was sold out. However, there was the inedible "full" breakfast. Besides cereal and bagels (etc.) there were only prepackaged breakfast sandwiches that had questionable ingredients to reheat in a microwave. Of note was something called "bacon" that was more like a thinly sliced spam-like product sitting on a rubbery……

“We were able to check in a little early, which we appreciated. The room was a standard hotel room with a wonky sitting area that was too crowded to be comfortable. The breakfast was not great - super small area, out of food, out of coffee, crabby employees trying to get through, no seats available... We were part of a group, and others were given a room where the thermostat didn't work. The hotel knew about it when renting the room, never sent someone to fix it after being informed, and……

“Our stay was perfect for what we needed! The check in and out process was simple and fast! The Breakfast was handy! The Staff was great! The pool option was great (hope to utilize next time). I will add that the architecture and layout of the rooms was a bit out of the ordinary. It's a bit hard to explain, but I defiantly got lost at first. However, that would not deter me staying again!”

“Upon booking I rented a king size bed..when checking in..they told me that there was no air conditioner..staff hasn't put them in all the rooms!!!!..NOT AT ALL DISCLOSED WHILE BOOKING. So they changed us to a room with 2 queen beds. The lady checking us in says"maybe in the morning there will b coffee and donuts..some times they set it up..sometimes not"..Next morning my husband goes down to get coffee..i go down a few minutes later..the elevator is broke..took the stairs..got to the main……

“The hotel is very spacious and the rooms are large with high ceilings but modern in all aspects. Had a great view of the library and the area from the windows. There are only a few rooms on each floor, so it felt cozy. Lobby was clean, and large. Be aware that parking is not free and you either park across the street in a public garage or use the one a couple of blocks away. I used the public one and it was about $15/day. Not ideal, but I knew that going in. Would stay there again. Bed……

“We stayed here just for the sauna. It did not work. There was no thermostat to see what the temperature was. We had to turn it on and wait more than 1 hour for it to get somewhat warm. The breakfast was mediocre. I had a yogurt as nothing else looked good. Our room was nice, so if you just need a room, it was fine.”

“We stayed there from June 26-28 for a baseball tournament and it was very disappointing, to say the least. For starters the price of $280 US per night is outrageous, especially with a serious lack of basics!! The staff at the desk notified us that there would be no turn over service for towels, beds or garbage due to being short staffed and we could just leave things outside the door or come and get towels from the front desk.
