“Great location ”

“The rooms are immaculate. Alberto and Hector in the reception office were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The whole entire staff for breakfast were outstanding. I can’t say enough. I am spellbound by the whole experience here. The topper was Raul the owner sitting down with us at breakfast and just making us feel like family. If you are planning a trip here to the beautiful city of Merida I would highly recommend that you consider staying here. I’m leaving today, but I wish I could……

“Hotel is in a perfect location on Calle 60. It is located less than 2 blocks from Parc Santa Lucia, & 5 block from Grande Plaza. Room immaculate, with a lovely patio overlooking the pool. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in a Hotel. Fresh cooked to order, with warm fresh from the oven croissants, fresh fruit and yogurt. All staff members were EXCEPTIONAL. With a special thanks to Isabella, & Anna. Gino the owner was visible much of the time & wonderful to help in any way……

“We had such a wonderful stay at Luz en Yucatán. The staff was amazing, the location was phenomenal, the breakfast was delicious every morning and the room was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Merida. I highly recommend!”

“This hotel is fantastic really. Our room was VERY clean and comfortable. Love seat, little table, microwave, mini fridge, little sink, good hot water, king bed, a little coffee maker, TV and good a/c. It is in the perfect location close to 3 parks and restaurants all around AND the restaurant in the hotel is excellent. Staff helped us gringos in so many ways, they are super. Good security. Nice pool. We love the place.”

“This hotel is in an ideal location, walking distance to everything in Merida. The staff are very helpful with restaurant suggestions and places to visit. The common areas are lovely, and how you would imagine an hacienda 100 years ago. Our room was very basic - wifi was slow and the phone would not fully charge overnight (with a message of slow charging.)”

“Clean and beautiful hotel in central Merida, right by the main plaza and the market. It is in an old building but the staff do a great job of maintaining it and it has a lot of charm. I appreciated the consistent hot water and that the area is quiet even though it is near the main square. I would stay here again. It could only be better if it had a pool and/or jacuzzi. ”
