“The hotel staff was very friendly. It is the prime location to access the beach with great snorkeling. We seen many tropical fish and a family of 6 stingrays swimming by us. The rooms are a little dated and the carpet had some stains but nothing major. I am picky when it comes to hotel cleanliness and I felt comfortable there. The pool was awesome, it has a lazy river and a hidden jacuzzi which was great because it was over capacity and could enjoy it without feeling too crowded.”

Walking distance to Honolua Grocery store where prices were almost 40% less than Safeway and other grocery stores. Walking distance to Ritz and other restaurants serving really……

“员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。最后一天退房，前台居然没人。总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。”
