"We had an 18th floor ocean front room. The view was great, room size was perfect for two of us and the balcony was a nice add on. The location to the beach was only a short walk across the street. The hotel amenities came in handy too. It was perfect!"

"The property was recently renovated so everything is fresh and new. The Infinity pool is small but special. The bell staff arranged our taxi. Beach towels available at the bell desk. The protected beach is right across the street. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the International Market. A great property."

"Outdoor common areas like the tables at seating outside the Wiki Shop were never cleaned. The pool areas also required more service. This is a very crowded property in a good location."

"Our housekeepers were incredibly helpful with our water bottle needs and provided us. We thoroughly enjoyed our room, which offered a fantastic view of the Waikiki ocean. We also felt right at home with the bidet. We even enjoyed making our own lei. However, the sink and shower drains are too slow, and the pipes smell."
