Welcome to your gorgeous mountain retreat, which is absolutely stunning any season of the year. Sitting right on the 17th tee of the Incline Village Championship Golf Course, you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to activities year-round. In the warm months, take a drive around Tahoe with the family and stop for a swim, go for a hike or bike ride on one of a dozen local trails, or take in the gorgeous scenery from your huge deck, offering mountainous, tree-lined views. Winter at Incline Village resembles a snowy wonderland and offers lots of opportunities for downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding.

At home, you’ll find a chic, mountain-modern aesthetic throughout. Expect stylish, comfortable furnishings, cathedral ceilings and lots of natural light in the great room/dining room/kitchen space, and gorgeous bathrooms - that soaking tub (swoon). The chef can make mealtime magic in the sleek kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, including wine and beverage fridges and quartz countertops. The whole gang can eat together at the large dining table or pull up a barstool to keep it casual.

Spend evenings snuggled up around the wood-burning fireplace in the great room, retire to the family room with a Murphy bed and Private bathroom, turn on the gas fireplace, or sneak in a workout on the elliptical. With free WiFi, cable, a sound dock, board games, and two streaming-capable TVs, everyone will find something to entertain them. At the end of the day, three comfortable bedrooms await, each as beautifully decorated as the rest of the house - don’t call it a night before grabbing a bottle out of that wine fridge to toast your good luck at booking such a lovely space.

THINGS TO KNOW
Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.
Streaming services are available with guest accounts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
