By the time we went to bed there was only 3 other cars besides mine. The room was dirty, bathroom door had to be lifted in order to close, shower took 25 minutes to get hot, and TV only had a few channels. The phones did not work and trying to call the front desk. There were spots on my linen in the room, and I called the front desk and asked the housekeeping to come and change it. They said there was no housekeeping on duty. They’d have them change it the next day they never did. The pillows were horrible. I am so deeply dissatisfied with that day. Upon inspection there were also No bugs. Unfortunately the shower was non- operational and sometimes through my stay there were sounds of either children or other consumers stomping up and down hall way. I did tell hotel staff when checking out but received very little response other than thank you.
