“清潔感があり、1階のオーナーは気さくな方で必要な物などは相談に乗ってくれるみたいです。鍵の受け取り方法は日程が近くなったらサイトを通じて連絡があることは把握しておくと良いと思います。疑問があればサイトを通じて問合せをしたら丁寧に回答をして頂けます。連泊時にタオル交換はされてませんでしたので、オーナーに声をかければ交換してくれるんだろうとは思いましたが、手持ちのタオルがあったので使用しました。駐車場1台分なので、車2台以上の方はオーナーに駐車場事情などを確認すると良いと思います。”

“While this stay lacks in the polished stays of a fancy resort it makes up ten-fold in charm and personality. This was the coziest most wonderful stay we've had on our trip yet and we'll definitely be back. “The Villa was new and up scale and roomy. It was super clean and great instruction on how to deal with the needs for our 2 days stay. The bedrooms was good size with comfortable Queens size bed and not those twin size. The beds were great and firm enough you know they weren't cheap material. The amenities were great with the sauna room was clean and equipped with sauna towel along with the private hot tub in the unit and no need to share. "We had an amazing stay at Hakone Hotel Kowaki-en. Since its recent renewal, the hotel feels incredibly modern, clean, and welcoming. The highlight was definitely the open-air hot spring on the top floor—soaking in the onsen while taking in the stunning mountain views was pure bliss. The buffet was another pleasant surprise; both breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety of fresh seafood, sashimi, and even free-flowing drinks. Location-wise, it’s highly convenient as the bus stop is right in front of the property. The staff were attentive, and the overall ambiance was peaceful. It's an excellent half-board choice for anyone looking to unwind in Hakone. Highly recommended!"

"I would recommend this hotel!! This is a very nice and glamorous hotel, and worth the price. Wifi's working very well. The location is great, just next to the train stations and the bus station. We saw Mt. Fuji from our room and the restaurant on the 13/F. Unfortunately, there was a typhoon, the weather was a bit cloudy and it blocked the Fuji San, so we needed to stay in the hotel for half a day, but the room is very comfortable, so we actually didn't mind. We also used the gym room, there were a treadmill and an elliptical. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast's good."
