“Bed was very comfortable, room was basic bedroom, bathroom and shower, room also included a microwave nespresso expresso machine with pods that were refreshed daily and fridge. The location right in old Montreal was amazing so much within walking distance, restaurants, stores and various attractions for all ages. I never saw any of the staff in person, they handled my questions and logistics over the Expedia app. There were times I wished there was a person in the building to talk to. ”

“Should be a 5 star review, there is so much to like about this property, it is modern, clean, good location for downtown and plateau, the rooms are great and I have no issue with the limited onsite staff presence. The issue is the listed amenities. I booked the hotel specifically because of the spa and gym. "Nothing bad to say about our stay, everything was fantastic!! - Perfect location, the VIA train station and 747 bus stop to airport. - The building was a very beautiful Brutalist architecture, interior was elegant and the courtyards and pool was beautiful. - Rooms were clean, bright and spacious. - One thing to note is there was no elevator between the two hotel floors, so you would need to bring luggage up the internal stairs. Also, toothbrush had to be requested and hotel did not provide slippers. Nevertheless, this didn't affect our overall experience on our stay. :)"
