"This is, indeed, a tiny house! It is attractively decorated and maintained, and provides all of the amenities that you will need. There is also a nice patio in the back. The location worked well for us - the house is close to many restaurants and shops, and about 3 miles from the Fairgrounds. Bonnis, our host, was a joy to deal with. Should we travel to Xenia again, this property is at the top of our list for places to stay."

"With the combination of beds/bathrooms and space, the house met all our needs for an extended family gathering. The property was the perfect place for viewing the total Eclipse. Close to Yellow Springs, Young's Dairy, hiking, large backyard. With all these options, our group age range of 1-83 found something for everyone."

"Spent three nights in this lovely home. There were eight of us and plenty of room to spread out. Had an evening fire one night and enjoyed the side porch immensely. The house is walking distance to everything. Everything in the house worked properly, bed was comfy and plenty of towels. We recommend this house for its convenience to everything and comfort level. "We were in the area for the eclipse with friends--this place had everything we needed! Two rooms for sleeping, an area to play games, updated bathroom and kitchen. Decor was interesting."

"This property was perfect for our family for a short stay! The apartment was very clean, and I am quite picky about cleanliness. The layout of the apartment is a bit quirky, it’s kind of a long hallway with rooms off of one side, but it slept 5 of us comfortably and seemed like the right price for what it was. "First i must say thatnks the property was wonderful. The family really enjoyed everything about the property as did i. The only things i thought would had made it better was a king bed in the master . As im 6'3 it was a stretch for me. Secondly the flies are bad in the home so some type of fly solution. Lastly the track doors was hard to open and close for the kids and older guest may just need to be oiled. Bust those things still didn't stop your 5 stars but just a suggestions. Definitely...

"Amazing place to stay while showing. My husband was able to get a few rounds of golf in and we were only minutes away from WEC. The course was amazing, the view unbelievable and the house was perfect for what we needed! Would be super comfortable for 6 people, but worked awesome for just 2!"

"A nice house in a nice location. Could use new living room furniture as the sofa is saggy. Also could use a couple of comfy chairs to watch TV. A grill would be great too. Otherwise it is great- comfy beds, great bathrooms and kitchen with everything we needed. We will be back"
